Henry used the potty tonight, #2. According to Sarah, it was big, real big.
We are making the switch. A brand new Macbook will soon join the family. Next up…a mini to become the new media center for the living room.
It works! it works damn well too. Since my last post, I made some adjustments to where the devices (2) were located and now…poop free. The lawn is cat poop free. It really does look like it’s working and it appears the cats aren’t going around the devices to poop in non-covered areas. Thank you CatStop!
We just put in a new backyard with a lawn and the neighbor’s cat likes to poop on it. Not just poop either, but diarrhea. It’s really nasty. The neighbor offered to go in on a sprinkler that is motion activated, but being that this is a drought and we save every once of our grey water to keep our plants green, I couldn’t see using water to keep the pests out. So, we decided to buy two of these ultrasonic cat repellents from CatStop.

Yesterday I strategically placed them on the lawn as to give me coverage for the areas the cats seem to favor. I tested them by walking into their field of view and indeed they went off and when I put the batteries in them, I could hear the sound, faintly, so I know they work. So, you can imagine my disappointment when I went out this morning and found two new pools of diarrhea to clean up. From the reviews, I know these CatStop things work, which leads me to believe that not only does this cat have diarrhea, but it is also deaf (something the manufacturer warns about)
